Hundreds of contestants from around the world competed in the Internet Scholastic Chess Championship, the largest student chess tournament ever played online. The final rounds were held in Las Vegas on July 8-10, with First Place winner, 9 year old Daniel Naroditsky in the 5 - 9 age group and Daniel Kazmaier in the 10 - 16 age group. The chess sets, chess boards and chess clocks were donated by ChessCentral, the Internet’s leading chess shop.
