Gigapixel Creative Launches The Hatchery - The Dot-Com Web 2.0 Incubator Is Back! (and better

Gigapixel Creative, Inc., a leading provider of innovative creative web design, development and ecommerce profitability solutions, today announced the launch of The Hatchery, a new concept in dot-com incubators designed to nurture emerging technology entrepreneurs and reinvigorate Silicon Alley. The Hatchery's first Gauntlet session will be hosted at Columbia Business School on May 3rd at 7:00 p.m.

Despite the recent focus on Silicon Valley, we believe that some of the best technology minds in the world are in New York City
The Hatchery (www.hatchedbyus.com) was founded on the principles that all technology companies, whether big or small, have the right to access business experts and leading edge information in a mutually supportive environment. Given the right partners and community support great fledgling ideas have the opportunity to thrive and grow.

The Hatchery's Gauntlet events will afford entrepreneurs the opportunity to interact with a panel of objective experts including attorneys, financiers, accountants, Angels and other successful business professionals in a public forum. The monthly vetting event will provide strategic critique, analysis of technology and business models and funding chances for those who are in the process of building their business and in need of publicity, consulting and networking exposure.

"Despite the recent focus on Silicon Valley, we believe that some of the best technology minds in the world are in New York City," said Yao-Hui Huang, Chief Executive Officer, Gigapixel Creative. "The Hatchery will provide an environment where maverick thinkers can share ideas on media, finance and technology, and determine the next steps that need to be taken to create real business success stories. We are certain that great breakthroughs will occur. "

Confirmed panel members for the Hatchery's first Gauntlet session on May 3, 2007 hosted at Columbia Business School will include Jake Brenner, Director Integrated Marketing, Marathon Venures, LLC; Sanford Dickert, Professor, Cooper Union University; Amy Goldsmith, Principal, Gottlieb, Rackman, & Reisman, P.C.; Josh Grotstein, Partner and Co-Founder of SAS Investors; Andrea Madho, Chief Rainmaker, Gigapixel Creative; Ross O'Brien, VP of Emerging Businesses, Business Support Advisory; Jason Olim, Serial Entrepreneur, Founder CDNOW. The June Gauntlet vetting event is scheduled for June 6th and will feature an all-woman panel of experts.
