Modavox Launches New VoiceAmerica Websites with BoomBox Radio™ Technology

Modavox, Inc. (OTCBB: MDVX) Internet broadcasting pioneer, producing and syndicating online audio and video, today announced its completion of version 2.0 of its BoomBox Radio™ software. Modavox has developed the next generation of Internet radio production and delivery technology leveraging patented technology infrastructure and newly acquired technical assets through its merger with Kino Interactive, LLC. The newly launched technology, under development for over a year, provides new and superior levels of service to hosts, better user experience to listeners and compliments and supplements both terrestrial and satellite radio while increasing revenues to Modavox via a proprietary built in advertising model and fortified service delivery automation.

This is another positive step for Modavox as we continue to work diligently on executing our business plan and building shareholder value. The release of version 2.0 of BoomBox Radio in addition to the recent forming of key strategic partnerships with both MagnaBand.Net and INDOlink are all significant steps in solidifying Modavox as a true pioneer in internet broadcasting.
