Time Capsule for Baby Boomers Now Available on the Internet

SoftApproach Corporation today announced the availability of the Internet Time Capsule "The Baby Boomer's Home Page".

The Time Capsule serves as an Internet hub to preserve the history of the baby boomers.

The Capsule contains 4 Baby Boomer’s Home Pages: Boomers, Babies, Still Kicking, and 40-60s. Each Home Page reserves 1 million pixels (“dots” on the computer screen) to permanently present images.

The Capsule is to be used by the following special groups: 1) Baby boomers; 2) Families with baby boomers; 3) Businesses that serve baby boomers.

Baby Boomers have a very special and unique historical position that can’t be matched by any other generations.

The phrase “Baby boomers” refers to people born between 1946 and 1964.

It is the largest generation ever seen and will no longer be matched in foreseeable future: 76 millions in USA; 130 millions with boomers' children - that is nearly a half of the US population (293.6 millions in 2004).

The generation has reshaped the society and economy: Starting with toys and clothing, then education, then housing and job market, and now retirement related products and services.

Famous baby boomers include president George Bush, princess Diana, and Thomas Cruise.

A time capsule on the Internet for this unique generation therefore has special values.

Interested candidates can purchase pixel blocks (100-pixel, 10x10 block) in the Capsule to present one or more images and link the images to their Web sites. The price is $10 - $100 depending on the Home Page. Certain restrictions apply.
