“Due to the overwhelming interest and increasingly serious courtship from high-profile firms and industry leaders, we recognized the need to hire an internal M&A expert to work with our outside M&A counsel Weinstein Spira and Company,” says Nicholas Chavez, CEO of RideOnTime.com. “This will allow the remainder of the RideOnTime.com management team to remain focused on growing our national network and the revenues associated therewith.”

Mr. Sabga has led several transactions involving corporate acquisitions and divestiture of proprietary intellectual property possessed by smaller, high-growth companies. He was ultimately recruited away by a group of Silicon Valley businessmen to put together key acquisitions for their personal portfolios.

RideOnTime.com has finally enabled the integration of the ground transportation industry into the online travel market through the real time provision of fare quotes and estimates for travelers utilizing taxi and limousine services.

"Besides handling the ongoing influx of interest from potential acquirers, my job is to give feedback on pending partnership agreements and help oversee the company’s growth and overall marketability,” said Mr. Sabga.

In addition to his business achievements, Ryan is a former professional cyclist with a dozen state and national championship medals. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and hails from Boca Raton, Florida.
