NetworkStreaming Releases Hardware Gateway

Ridgeland, MI  Sep 20, 2004 –- NetworkStreaming, a leading developer of remote control support software, today announced the release of its hardware Gateway appliance. The Gateway offers a turn-key solution for effective technical support.

“Our new Gateway appliance will enable support representatives to log in from anywhere in the world and then remote control virtually any computer worldwide simply by directing the remote user to a link on the support rep’s website,” said NetworkStreaming CEO, Joel Bomgaars.
