Exso Opens Merchandise Shop and Announces Strategy Shift

Panspective, Inc. announced today that exso, known for its personal relationship database, will now sell branded merchandise via its website – www.ex-so.com. Apparel, housewares, hats, greeting cards, automotive goods and more are available on an ecommerce platform powered by CafePress.com.

The opening of the merchandise shop coincides with the evolution of the exso business model. Since its inception in 2002, exso has focused on providing a forum where users can post details about former personal relationships. Today’s announcement marks the beginning of a metamorphosis of exso toward its goal of being a portal for heartbreak.

Heartbreak stemming from divorce or other relationships is something most of us experience in our adult lives. exso is emerging as the place to go when romance doesn’t work out as planned. Embodying this strategy is exso’s slogan- “Single. Smarter. Stronger.”. The Triple “S”, as this uplifting slogan is referred to, is meant to remind people of their courage and inner strength at a time when life feels most unfair.
