Belaris Wireless Launches New E-Commerce Site - Targets Consumer Wireless and Digital Market
Belaris Wireless announced today the launch of their revamped e-commerce website, www.belaris.com . The website is part the company’s ongoing strategy to generate incremental revenue for property owners and to sell wireless and digital products.
Co-founded by Kirk Belinfanti and Byron Aris, Belaris Wireless targets hotels, cafés, libraries, schools, apartment units, and other so-called hotspots for wireless Internet service. The company installs wireless networks at hotspots, where customers can then sign up for Internet access for a monthly or daily fee. Hotspots that partner with Belaris share in the revenue generated by these customers.
Belaris also sells laptops, wi-fi routers, pda's, digital cameras and other wireless and digital products. The company's mission is to bring technology to the masses in a way that fits their lifestyle needs. It is not surprising that Belaris has put an emphasis on wireless technology, given the increasingly mobile and travel oriented nature of today's consumer.
